How can I place an online order? 
You can order online by clicking "SHOP ONLINE" on our website.


How can I make payment for my purchase? Is it safe?
We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Our online store has systems in place to ensure your data protection.


How will I know that you have received my order? 
We will receive your order automatically by email.


How will my delivery be scheduled?
Once we receive your order we will reach out to you by email or text message letting you know the date and time slot of your delivery.


How long will it take for my order to reach me? 
Within 1-3 business days.  


Do you offer same day delivery? 
Yes! Please email us at info@agoraproducts.com.sg and we will arrange same day delivery for a flat fee of $20.  


What are the delivery charges? 
Free delivery in Singapore for orders over $35. For orders less than $35, a $15 delivery fee applies and delivery will be within 1-3 business days.

Where in Singapore do you deliver?
We deliver island wide.


What is the order cut off time? 
Our order cut off time is 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday, except Public Holidays. Orders received after the cut off time will be processed the following business day.

How long does Schär Gluten Free bread stay fresh?
Schär does not use preservatives or any number of other unnecessary additives, for the benefit of your health.  For best storage we suggest an airtight bag or container, which will keep the bread fresh for about 3 days.  The best way to keep the bread for an extended period is to freeze it and thaw individual slices or the loaves of bread as needed. Returns
As a general rule, Agora Products does not accept returns for food products as Agora Products is unable to control storage conditions once goods have been shipped to you. We do appreciate that you may want to return some items and as such can offer returns in limited circumstances as described in this Section.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must return within 3 days from purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as food items that require refrigeration and gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and / or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@agoraproducts.com.sg.

Sales Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@agoraproducts.com.sg 

 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Agora Products Pte Ltd, 117 West Coast Grove, Singapore 126897, Singapore

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
