This cylindrical, long, and rather thick pasta is used primarily for the making of pastitsio (pastichio), the traditional Greek lasagna type casserole dish.

Since 1927, MISKO has been making pasta products and is currently the largest and most popular pasta producer in Greece. Misko is made from fine Greek wheat that cooks to a tender consistency. Each pack contains about 6 servings.

Durum wheat semolina, water
100gr MISKO Macaroni Pastitsio No.2, 1 liter of water, 7gr of salt. Add salt in boiling water. Add pasta stirring occasionally. Cook for 10-13 minutes. Drain pasta and serve it with the sauce you prefer.
