Vegetarian pasta bake


INGREDIENTS:

250 g Schar Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta or Schar Gluten Free Fusilli Multigrain
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp Terra Creta Estate Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
600 g tomato pulp
1 tsp Salt Odyssey Fine Pure Greek Salt
2 tbsp Terra Creta Organic White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
150 g Mozzarella cheese
1 handful basil leaves

 

For serving:
basil leaves

Preparation

  • Heat the oven into 200°.
  • Chop up the garlic clove.
  • Cook pasta in salted water until almost al dente.
  • Mix tomato pulp, garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar and sugar.
  • Pour pasta and tomato sauce to oven pan. Mix.
  • Add half of mozzarella.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. In half way add remaining mozzarella on the top of the pasta.
  • Serve with herbs.
