Pan Multigrano Feta Spread

INGREDIENTS
8 Slices Schar Gluten Free Pan Multigrano, Multigrain White Sliced Bread with Seeds
200g feta cheese
1 handful basil
3 spring onions
12 small tomatoes
1/4 salad cucumber
1 pinch/es of Salt Odyssey Fine Sea Salt


PREPARATION

  • Cut the feta into small cubes and place in a small bowl with the yogurt.
  • Wash the basil and shake it dry before plucking off the leaves and cutting them into small pieces.
  • Trim and wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
  • Add the basil and half of the spring onions to the feta and yogurt and mix well.
  • Season to taste with salt. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  • Peel the cucumber and also cut into cubes.
  • Spread the feta spread generously onto fresh bread, sprinkle with tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions, serve and enjoy.
