1 Schar Gluten Free Wraps
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 plum tomatoes
1 handful coriander leaves
100 g sweet corn
3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
a pinch of salt
- Fry the sliced chicken breasts in a pan with olive oil and garlic. Season with salt.
- Slice the avocado.
- Chop the tomatoes. Season with a hint of salt and little bit of lime juice.
- Fill the wrap with chicken, avocado, chopped tomatoes and corn.
- Sprinkle the rest of the lime juice on top.
- Serve with Greek yoghurt or sour cream.
