INGREDIENTS:
500 g Schar Mix B Gluten Free Bread Mix Flour
5 g Salt Odyssey sea salt
10 g dry gluten free yeast (included in the box of Schar Mix B Bread mix!)
1 tbsp sunflower oil
400 ml lukewarm water

Preparation
- Put the flour and the yeast in a mixing bowl. (Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm water; mix dry yeast well with the flour.)
- Add the salt, the oil and water, and then work all of the ingredients into a smooth dough with a spatula.
- Put the dough in a greased bread tin that has been coated with flour, cover with polythene foil or a moist cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place (30° C. / 86° F.) The dough should approximately double in volume.
- Put the bread in a preheated oven. In order for there to be enough moisture during baking, place a heat-resistant container filled with water on the floor of the oven.
