Chicken fritters with orange


6 tbsp Dr. Schar Mix It Universal Flour
800 g chicken
2 oranges
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp Paniermehl - Breadcrumbs
2 eggs
a little bit of salt
a little bit of frying oil


  • Squeeze the oranges and collect the juice into a bowl, add the balsamic vinegar, arrange the chicken pieces and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Put the eggs in a pot, add salt and pepper and beat with a fork. Pour flour and breadcrumbs into two different dishes.
  • Take the chicken pieces and pass them in the flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  • In a pan with high sides heat up abundant oil and when very hot, put the chicken in it. Fry for about 20 minutes.
