Apple Creme October 2, 2020 INGREDIENTS: 4 tbsp Schar Gluten Free Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie Flour 4 Apples 2 tbsp Sugar Preparation Peel and dice the apples, place in a casserole, and add sugar. Cook until the apples begin to break up. Then turn the heat to low and mash the apples with a fork. Add flour and stir briskly with the fork until the mixture thickens. Allow the crème to cool.
