Apple Creme


INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp Schar Gluten Free Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie Flour
4 Apples
2 tbsp Sugar

Preparation

  • Peel and dice the apples, place in a casserole, and add sugar.
  • Cook until the apples begin to break up.
  • Then turn the heat to low and mash the apples with a fork.
  • Add flour and stir briskly with the fork until the mixture thickens.
  • Allow the crème to cool.
  • Serve in custard cups or use as a cake crème.
  •
